Return Policy


At Cashion Dade, we design every piece to inspire confidence and luxury. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return.


Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

Final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.


How to Start a Return

1. Email cashiondadefashion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label (if applicable).

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch sizes or styles, please return your original item and place a new order.


Refund Conditions


Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or do not meet our return policy will not be accepted.

Can I return a sale item?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Items marked final sale cannot be returned.


How long will my refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original form of payment.


Can I get store credit instead of a refund?

Yes! Just let us know in your return request email if you’d prefer store credit.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Email us right away at cashiondadefashion@gmail.com and we’ll make it right, on us.
